5 Raisons pourquoi je me suis mises au yoga?

Eh oh !oui oui ! Le yoga est étrange avec des positions des chants et murmures c’est bizarre. C’etais bien mon cas avant que je m’y intéresses ,et que je testes pour découvrir les effets positives de ce dit sport eh oui le yoga est bel et bien un sport même si c’est un peu calme et doux comme pratique.

1-le yoga me fait du bien !

Je me sens plus présente ,confiante et détendue,j’ai l’impression que rien autour de moi n’existe .je ne fait qu’un avec mon esprit.

2- le yoga me fait travailler mes muscles sans trop d’effort

Oui l’une des principales raisons de ma pratique du yoga , est que j’ai pas a soulever des tonnes de kilo a la gym ou encore a courir sur un tapis et transpirer a grosses gouttes , le yoga est une activité physique relaxante pas trop violente ou trop compétitive ,j’y vais a mon rythme.

3-A chacun son style de yoga

Chaque saison correspond un type bien défini de yoga par exemple :le yoga pour transpirer ,pour se défouler ou encore le yoga pour avoir un bon sommeil , un bon réveil ,soulager son mal de dos etc….

4-le yoga invite a l’exploration intérieure

Je peux prendre conscience de toutes mes sensations physiques en restant calme et en méditant .le yoga me met en face de moi-même je me remets en cause sans me juger.

5- jai confiance en moi

Le yoga m’apprends a m’affirmer a être moi même et avoir confiance en moi ,je me valorise et j’apprends a m’accepter tel que je suis.
